Primary Responsibilities:

  • Tracks data related to customer orders and activities.

  • Creates and maintains service notifications and scheduling.

  • Performs data analytics and forecasting in support of business development or product management.

  • Notifies other customer service representatives along with members of other divisions of data trend for improvement of quality.

  • Minimizes risk by maintaining data and reports.

Qualification: Basic Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-supporting, consultative role

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

  • Maintain professionalism and a positive service-oriented attitude at all times

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

Education:

  • High School diploma or Associate's Degree (or other 2-year post high school training)
