Supportability IPT – Senior Control Account Manager (CAM)
Supports the CRH program Supportability Integrated Product Team (IPT) to deliver the product to the customer in accordance with cost, schedule, quality and technical performance requirements as identified by contract. Reports to the CRH Support and Training Senior Program Manager.
Leads IPT CAMs in developing, status tracking, and reporting to cost, performance and schedule goals as outlined in the Integrated Master Schedule. Provides Earned Value Management (EVM) expertise and guidance to CAMs.
Interfaces between the customer Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Sikorsky for all performance related issues across the IPT.
Works with Supply management to ensure sub-contract performance is supporting IPT goals and objectives.
Monitors all project requirements, work statements, budgets, schedules and risk management plans.
Develops and reviews project metrics, primarily EVM, to track project health and provide visibility to Program and Executive management. Coordinates project reviews, oversees activities initiated by the customer and manages other efforts required to maintain project support.
Prepares and gives formal presentations to internal and external groups.
Ensures timely and complete feedback is provided to all associates to improve their overall performance.
Ensures full compliance with LM Code of Ethics, ITC regulations and all applicable policies.
Ensures proper practices are in place to comply with ESH requirements.
Basic Qualifications Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
Desired skills 5 years of experience in Program Engineering/Management, Program Management, or Supply Management responsibilities. Experience in EVM and critical path management required. U.S. citizen that holds or is qualified to obtain Secret level U.S. Government security clearance. Seeking highly motivated, flexible individual with ability to serve customer needs. Demonstrated effective leadership skills a must. Good communication and presentation skills are required. Domestic travel required.
