POSITION SUMMARY

*CBCP Required

Lead and implement the resiliency strategies, framework, exercises, plans, lessons learned and process improvement to promote risk protection for emergency response, crisis management and business continuity

Leads the maintenance of the enterprise resiliency policies and standards supporting a global, all-hazards, risk based approach

Fundamental Components:

A BA or BS degree required; an advanced degree in a related field preferred

Minimum of 4-6 years of expert level experience in Business Continuity and Crisis Management

Strong interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, facilitation, and communication (both verbal and written) skills, as well as the expert working knowledge of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Disaster Recovery; operational and leadership experience in these key areas is essential

Ability to work and collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and partners across all levels of the organization including the C Suite

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Expert in Business Continuity or Crisis Management or Disaster Recovery processes and procedures at a health business enterprise or equivalent.

Considerable IT background experienced with Microsoft Office tools (Access, Excel, Word, Project, Powerpoint and Outlook.

Self-starter who can work independently and lead teams independently.

Excels at managing projects as well as multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrates project management skills and meets project deadlines with high quality deliverables.

Able to present and roll out planned roles and responsibilities to senior management.

Can independently create new policy, program elements and tools used in BCP.

Strong analytical, communication and customer service skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Ensures resiliency strategies support enterprise risk tolerance and line of business resiliency requirements
