RESPONSIBILITIES:

Project responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple digital project(s)/product(s) in alignment with the global Digitalization strategy; A project or product designates a well-defined digital application

  • Coordinate multiple countries through the development and deployment phases of the product, up to full country release; Be the interface between the country teams and WHQ to ensure alignment

  • Define "globalization" requirements to extend deployment from pilot countries to top 14:

  • Apply global standard deployment and change management processes

  • Coordinate and ensure country readiness at each stage gate review

  • Train regional/local teams to ensure autonomy and self-sufficiency

  • Consolidate product enhancement requests from selling companies throughout the product life-cycle and work through the Innovation Incubator process to define follow-up app version(s)

Process responsibilities:

  • Define, develop and maintain detailed project planning and estimation addressing project scope, requirements, and resource estimation, availability / allocation

  • Assess project risks and develop mitigation plans from concept definition to final field implementation

  • Monitor project execution and performance via earned value management schedule tracking and reporting

  • Prepare and present project reviews, including options trade-off analysis for decision making. Manage multiple key stakeholders' expectations

  • Coordinate and consolidate progress from multiple selling entities worldwide; Effectively plan and lead multi-cultural and cross-functional team meetings, driving to action plans to completion

  • Work with functional (FOD, IT, Marketing etc.) and operational (branch offices) organizations within North American, Asian and European selling companies

Qualification:

  • Otis branch experience

  • Strong experience in project management from the conceptual stage through to full field release

  • Experience in Agile development and deployment

  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in working with global, disperse cross functional teams in a matrix organization

  • Travel requirement approximately 10 to 20 percent of the time, depending on home location

Education:

  • Undergraduate degree mandatory

  • Graduate degree preferred
